An excellent pet cemetery. Beware, it becomes haunted after nightfall.
What happened to James Thompson? Where is he now?
There is no more powerful example of the love and joy that animals add to our lives than a visit to this park. There are pet (and at least a couple human) graves dating from the 40s and up. The newest grave I saw was from the early 90s. I searched online and I was able to find one photo of what the park looked like while it was open and maintained, it looked pretty awesome back in the day. The park has obviously been closed for some time now, Mother Nature is reclaiming the land&but somehow that make this place even more special. If you love the love we have for our pets youd enjoy a visit. The love was so powerful I cried.
