I lost my dear beloved Theda, after a long struggle and very painful last days for her and I. I felt lost in grief, pain and sorrow. I chose Highview by chance and appreciated that chance once I met Steve. He is a person filled with empathy and gave me comfort and direction on how to handle things. He went above and beyond just the call to duty even after running into the difficulties entailed in shipping remains to Germany. He followed up and handled all obstacles encountered in the process, kept me informed, with his humanity always showing and helped me cushion my loss. Thank you Steve and your coworkers.
