In May 2025, I approached Scotty and the team at Kalas with what felt like an impossible task: helping get my dad back home to Greece for his burial. His loss was sudden and unexpected, and my mom and I were overwhelmedheartbroken, anxious, and completely exhausted. Scotty and his team could not have been better to us. They worked with speed and efficiency, handling all the paperwork and red tape with care and professionalism. Very fair prices, and at no point did I ever feel like they were trying to sell us anything. Instead, they were persistent, patient, and genuinely kind.
