We are so grateful to Doane, Beal & Ames, and especially to Brian, for the extraordinary care and compassion we received after our moms passing. We did not know where to begin in such a difficult and overwhelming moment, but Brian guided us through every step with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy. His support meant more to us than words can express. He helped us navigate a process we knew nothing about while we were stricken with grief, and he made us feel cared for, supported, and understood throughout.
