My family and I are forever grateful that we chose Doane Beal & Ames in Dennis for my grandfather's services. Brian was one of the best people I have ever met, kind, compassionate, professional and truly pleasure to work with. He made navigating a difficult situation of a sudden passing as pleasant as it could be. There are many decisions that need to be made when a family member passes, it was nice to be met with such honesty and transparency during the process. The funeral home itself is incredibly well managed and the space itself is like nothing I have seen in a funeral home. Doane Beals & Ames recently handled my brothers cremation and funeral. From my first phone call and then meeting with Brian Falvey, I knew immediately I had found the BEST People and Place to handle this most difficult decision. Brian is outstanding in his role. His calm, patient, thoughtful, caring, personality was evident throughout this very painful process. He is a person who truly loves what he does-and was just so reassuring always. I felt so at ease with each decision that I had to make. To have to make end of life plans for a loved one, is no easy matter! But I know that my brother was so well taken cared of.
