We used Hamel Lydon to guide us through a unexpected difficult time. We were met by Michelle and Charles who guided us every step of the way. Charles took the reigns to be sure he captured the details and that we were not only comfortable with it but we had all the information before finalizing it. He was professional, compassionate, attentive and trustworthy. We would highly recommend this establishment as a place to due business especially final arrangements for a loved one. The room was warm and welcoming the staff was professional and friendly to the visitors. The gentleman who prepared our loved one captured every detail to make him look comfortable. Tha k you to all for guidance during our difficult times.

Mr. Glenn was and is a very kind, and understanding person. He made sure that our input was a big part of my wife's, mother's wake. He personally took care of every detail, down to the smallest, up to the most important. He made sure that the service was first class all the way. I would highly recommend hamel-lydon chapels to anyone at this time of need.
