1 year ago today I lost a small but very precious person to me. Ruggiero Family Memorial Home cremated my loved one. The staff, especially Joe, were extremely professional & efficient, while also being warm, empathetic, patient (I was a mess), and caring. They made me feel as if they were cremating one of their own children, understanding that my pain was profound, and stepping in to help me make decisions that I couldn't make myself. I felt safe leaving my loved one there. Joe himself hand delivered the remains when they were ready.
