Below is an email I sent to Pollard after my aunt's funeral last week about their services. They were amazing. They sent us everything that would be in writing to proof for errors in advance and we were allowed to go in early to check that everything was set up to our liking so there was time to fix/adjust (nothing needed adjusting--it was perfect). We even wanted unconventional prayer cards and they were happy to oblige. As my aunt liked to bake, we put her most popular recipe on the back instead of a prayer and they were a hit with everyone. A way to remember her always. If you are in the Merrimack Valley, I highly recommend Pollard if you need funeral home services. While I have had the unfortunate situation of losing my Mom, then just recently my last brother, Neil, the sitting Mayor of Methuen, and 2 weeks later, my cousin Cheryl who was like a sister to me, I have to comment on my multiple dealings with Pollards Funeral Home and Rob Chase. In my most devastating times, Rob was outstanding, as was all of his staff. Attentive to all of the family wishes, as well as incorporating the City Officials and our church. He was kind, attentive, understanding and coordinated all of this to make this as seamless as possible. Every one of his staff were just as professional yet compassionate as he was to me and my family. The room for viewing was well planned and coordinated. At a very large wake services and funeral for extremely long hours, Rob was attentive, bringing me water, ensuring my family was alright, and at thr same time coordinating several complicated moving parts.
