Miles Funeral Home was truly a blessing to our family during a difficult time. Kelley Molloy guided us through arranging our dads cremation and memorial service with compassion, professionalism, and grace. From our first meeting, my brother Mike and I felt we were in expert hands. Kelley treated us with genuine respect and patiently helped us navigate every decision. She came prepared with a clear checklist for our stepmom and even went above and beyond by securing an important form signature in person on the first day we met. She also thoughtfully edited and placed our obituary online and in the newspapers, and stayed in consistent communication by phone and email throughout the planning process, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. The facility itself is beautiful and welcoming  you feel the warmth as soon as you walk in.
