From the pre-planning session to the funeral, Jen expressed a genuine sincerity all the way through. She was available to answer my questions and provide guidance whenever needed. First class.

Jennifer and team were wonderful to work with. Their compassion and attention to detail are unmatched. The building is beautiful and there is plenty of parking. We first met with Jennifer about a month before my dad passed away knowing the day would come soon. We also wanted to set ourselves up for when my mom passes away. She attentively listened to ALL of our questions about my dad and also my mom - someone who still has many years ahead of her. Jennifer helped us navigate the church service, cemetery, mercy meal and more. She also had some nice suggestions to add small details to honor my dad's personality and interests. All communication was easy and prompt. My dad passed around 4:00am and from those wee hours in the morning when her team came through his services and beyond, Jennifer was there for us. My dad is currently being "stored" as it is the winter and we know Jennifer will guide us through the spring burial. When my mom's time comes, we will go straight to Jenni
