I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Brown & Hickey Funeral Home. When my father passed away recently I had no idea what to expect, but the professionalism and compassion that Liam and the rest of the staff showed us made a difficult time just a little bit easier. The first time I met Liam in person was when he came to our home to remove my fathers remains. I didnt know what to expect but he and his staff treated my father with such dignity. It made me feel better knowing that he was with people who clearly cared about what they were doing. With Liams help we were able to plan the wake and funeral in two days. We were all impressed with the teams attention to detail and how accommodating they were of our wishes. There were several things we wanted to do ourselves, such as the programs and obituary, and Liam walked us through the whole process and made sure we knew what he needed and when he needed it by. From my very first phone call on the day Dad died, to his wake, funeral mass, and burial preparations, Liam guided the family through the big decisions and the finer details with such expertise; and always with the utmost kindness and empathy. He handled all the arrangements flawlessly, and even added so many extra special touches. Liam was always available and reassuring whenever I had a question or concern, always returning my call, text, or email right away with such kindness and understanding. He certainly went above and beyond! The funeral services were absolutely beautiful and meticulously handled. So many people commented on how impressed they were with the outstanding level of professionalism and attention to detail. Everything went off flawlessly. Liam helped make a sad time so very beautiful and comfor
