You will not find this kind of compassion and diligent service anywhere. Randy is the ultimate funeral director and will make certain that all of your needs are fulfilled. The online obituaries are presented very nicely with the photos of your liking. The bell ringing was a very nice touch and was greatly appreciated. O I very highly recommend Fall Creek Funeral Home for their outstanding services and I will ONLY use them in the future as they are truly the epitome of what funeral services should be. I'm very remiss in reviewing the services of Fall Creek so late, it's been a very difficult year for both my family and my sister Carols friends. My sister was on vacation in New Orleans when an accident led to her brief hospitalization and subsequent passing. My family resides out of state, which amplified our difficulty in handling the necessary arrangements. Randy at Fall Creek was instrumental in arranging for the disposition of our sisters' remains, as well as our family needs with the utmost dignity, respect and empathy. My sisters passing occurred just after Hurricane Ida hit New Orleans and the surrounding area in 2021. This made the arrangements associated with her passing exponentially more difficult than they normally should have been. Had it not been for Randy's knowledge, experience and tenacity, we couldn't have made the necessary arrangements to move forward with the transfer of her remains to her final resting place and the subsequent service.
