Wow is all I can say! Our family just experienced the unexpected passing of my mother in law over the weekend and we had her transferred to Kinchen. We honestly had no previous dealings with any of the local Lafayette funeral homes and chose them from remembering seeing their name before. Well, it must have been God that put their name in our head. Eric and the gentleman named Coach that we spoke with were extremely accommodating to our needs and even came in during closed hours to facilitate our schedule as we live out of town. They made a typically tragic situation into a smooth and painless process. Their follow up and professionalism is 5 star! Thank you Kinchen for what you do!
