We lost our cat, Baby recently. We found Precious Memories on Google to have our pet cremated. We were touched by Justin and the reviews of his business. We felt that she was in very good hands and that he would take care of her as if she were his own. Justin helped make a tough time better for all of us. I called Sunday (02/08/2026), because my sweet senior cat Prof. Hawking was showing signs he wasn't going to be here much longer and I need to figure out how to proceed (if my sweet boy didn't pass when my husband was home). Justin was so kind and understanding. When we ended up rushing Hawking to the vet when my husband got home and we found out he was to sick to stay on this earth. The only decision I could make was to do what was right for my boy, letting him go. The rep at the vet was giving to much information I had to stop them because I already had to make the hardest decision of my life and I didn't want him somewhere in OH. I called Justin and he met us on our way home and I felt so at ease leaving my boy with him. He explained the whole process. Even when we don't live here after next month (03/17/2026) he will be the only person I trust when my furbabies pass.
