Well deserved 5 star review, this company (Shout out to you Troy, thank you!) was absolutely amazing for helping our family through a traumatic time after losing our beloved mother. They are super quick to communicate and always do so in a very professional, respectful, polite and sincere caring attitude. Pricing is very fair considering all they did for us. They handled everything; correspondence with the facility where mom passed away, contacting Social Security, Medicare, obtained certified death certificates and placed the obituary. Would not hesitate to recommend Midwest Cremation to others that want an effortless and efficient cremation service.
