I have had the unfortunate honor to plan 3 funerals so far in my lifetime, and Brock's-Keithley in Hays is the best I have ever worked with, from both a professional and personal standpoint. Ron, the owner, was very quick to respond, clear and organized in his communications leading up to our family needing their services, and thoughtful enough to personally call and check in even on his vacation Their all-inclusive pricing is straightforward and reasonable. The personal touches by the entire team make you feel cared for at such a difficult point in your life. I am an Event Planner by trade and cannot tell you how high my standards are for any type of celebration, whether it be a wedding or celebration of life. Mark, the funeral director, does not take his job lightly and his thoughtful, compassionate care and passion for is life's calling is evident in so many ways.
