Heavens Pets did a wonderful job of memorializing our Cavalier Lexi after she passed in 2025. Truly caring people during those hard times.
I have entrusted five of my beautiful pups to Forever Above over the years, and each experience has been handled with the utmost care and compassion. During such heartbreaking times, their kindness meant everything to my family. I am deeply grateful that our pets were treated with dignity and respect every step of the way. I have also referred friends, and they received the same thoughtful, compassionate service. I truly appreciate the comfort and professionalism Forever Above provides.
Losing my beloved Syruss was one of the hardest moments of my life, but I am eternally grateful I chose Forever Above . From the moment I walked in, I didn't feel like a customer; I felt like a grieving friend. They treated Syruss with such incredible dignity and tenderness, as if they were their own. Beyond their professionalism, the staff went above and beyond to console me, giving me the time and space I needed to say goodbye. They turned a devastating experience into a beautiful, peaceful farewell. Thank you for your compassion when I needed it most.

Frequently Asked Questions About Forever Above
How much does direct cremation cost at Forever Above?
Forever Above has not published a direct cremation price with us, so this page does not list one. Call +1 317-517-0639 and ask for the total price in writing before you agree to anything.
How is Forever Above rated?
Forever Above is rated 5.0 out of 5 from 410 reviews. That rating and review count come from the provider’s public Google listing, not from Local Cremation Guide. A rating says nothing about price, so compare quotes as well as reviews.
Where is Forever Above located?
Forever Above is at 16462 Southpark Dr ste k, Westfield, IN 46074, and we list them under Westfield, Indiana. Cremation providers often collect from surrounding towns, hospitals and hospices as well, but coverage and any mileage charge vary — ask Forever Above whether they serve your address and what transportation is included in the price.
How do I get an itemized quote from Forever Above?
Call Forever Above at +1 317-517-0639 and ask for their General Price List. Under the FTC Funeral Rule, any funeral provider must give you an itemized price list on request and must quote prices over the phone. Line the same items up across providers — the cremation fee, transportation, the basic container, filing the death certificate and certified copies — so you are comparing like with like.
Is this listing verified by Forever Above?
