My brother's funeral was this past Sunday, and I cannot express enough how grateful my family and I are for Ms. Ruby and her amazing staff. This was the first time we experienced a loss so close to home, and from the very beginning, Ruby guided us through every step with compassion, professionalism, and grace. She was always availablewhether by phone or textto answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small. Her knowledge and kindness helped ease a very difficult process. She ensured my brother looked peaceful and presentable, which meant the world to us. The facility itself was the perfect setting for his homegoing service, and the beautifully decorated recreational hall made the repass feel special and comforting for everyone who attended. Though I pray we wont have to plan another funeral any time soon, I now know that when the time comes, we will be in excellent hands with Ruby and her dedicated team. Thank you for everything!
