I had my lovely cat (chipper) cremated at Butler. A very awesome staff starting from the first phone call, the staff were waiting for me at the garage. Gary , Gina and everyone were very awesome and helpful people. I got my cat's Ash in very beautiful urn with many beautiful letters and cards .. thank you soooo very much to all of Butler's staff OM9
