We want to sincerely thank Donnellen for the beautiful send-off they provided for my mother. During such a difficult time, every step of the process felt seamless and was made so much easier for our family. Working with Jackie truly felt like working with an angel sent to us. She was incredibly kind, organized, and always easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed support. The only lighthearted comment we shared was that the rooms could use some updating, but this was far outweighed by the exceptional service, attentive guest services, and the many staff members who were always willing to help. On a very cold night when the wake lines became quite long, they graciously opened an additional room so guests would not have to wait outside in the cold.

Donnellan did a fantastic job of handling my moms funeral. They were accommodating and thoughtful in every way, and helped us save money wherever possible. Kodee was the one who handled our account in particular, and she did a great job helping us.
