Extremely professional, sincere condolences, clean and simple office. They called before their service to let me know when it would be performed, and after to let me know it was complete. I had to call with questions a few times and they truly made me feel like I was their only client and very special to them. I highly recommend Chicagoland Cremation Options.

A service you never want to use, but Douglas and his entire team are fantastic. My dad passed away on New Years Eve and the plan my dad told me with his nursing home handling the cremation only applied if he passed in the facility, not in the hospital like he did. I had zero plan, and faced with a 24 hour decision on a holiday. After being up all night and figuring out options, I luckily found Chicagoland Cremation Options and Douglas. I called at 8am and to my surprise, Douglas picked up the call. In hindsight, I'm sure he would have preferred me to call a few hours later, but he was so professional, and had paperwork over to be a few hours later, even on a holiday. It was easy to communicate via text. The team did a fantastic job keeping me up to date on the status of my dad and made for an easy process.
