We cannot adequately express how wonderful Stephanie, David, and Overman-Jones were when our mom recently passed away. Stephanie sat with my sister and I just two hours after getting the heartbreaking call that Mom had passed. She was so incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely compassionate as she gently guided us through the decisions and steps necessary to make the arrangements. She listened, suggested, and worked to plan a beautiful service that was exactly what our mom wanted. It was indeed perfect! And David showed the utmost respect and kindness as he escorted our mom to Overman-Jones later that morning. My sister and I sincerely thank them both.
