Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services
Pricing & details updated October 2026
My family chose this funeral home to perform my dads last rites! We personally feel very grateful and satisfied that we had the opportunity to perform it here! The place is really spacious especially the hall where we gathered with family, friends & relatives! A special mention to Chas, Caitlin & Ross who went above and beyond to fulfill all our needs and requests. Before reserving the place, Chas was really thorough with sharing the details and clarified explicitly what the funeral expenses would be. They also cared for my father very deeply! We requested their team to make his body wear a suit and get him clean shaved only keeping the mustache for the final day! The team did an exceptional job! The only thing missing was the cremation resources. It was about 10 minutes.
Everything was excellent
The team at Morizzo was caring and professional making a very difficult time for our family a bit more manageable.

Frequently Asked Questions About Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services
How much does direct cremation cost at Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services?
Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services lists direct cremation from $2,250 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. That is a listed starting price, not a quote. Ask for a written, itemized price list before paying — any funeral provider must give you one on request under the FTC Funeral Rule.
What cremation packages does Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services list prices for?
Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services publishes starting prices for direct cremation from $2,250, cremation with a memorial service from $8,865 and a full-service funeral with cremation from $11,965. What each package includes varies between providers, so ask for an itemized list of exactly what is and is not covered before comparing those figures with anyone else’s.
How is Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services rated?
Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services is rated 5.0 out of 5 from 62 reviews. That rating and review count come from the provider’s public Google listing, not from Local Cremation Guide. A rating says nothing about price, so compare quotes as well as reviews.
Where is Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services located?
Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services is at 2550 Hassell Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169, and we list them under Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Cremation providers often collect from surrounding towns, hospitals and hospices as well, but coverage and any mileage charge vary — ask Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services whether they serve your address and what transportation is included in the price.
How do I get an itemized quote from Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services?
Call Morizzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services at +1 847-752-6444 and ask for their General Price List. Under the FTC Funeral Rule, any funeral provider must give you an itemized price list on request and must quote prices over the phone. Line the same items up across providers — the cremation fee, transportation, the basic container, filing the death certificate and certified copies — so you are comparing like with like.
