Dundee Funeral Home & Crematory

I creamared my father about a yr and half ago. I forgot to get the death certificates, That I paid for. So out the blue I called their number of contact. An absolutely amazing man, named Timothy answered my call. He jumped right on it. I figured it would be a headache, since it was over a year ago, That I buried my father. Not at all. Like I said Timothy was quick to help, and after very minimum conversation. He remembered and he ordered the death certificate. It felt like a day later he called and said they have been delivered. OMG that's great. I will be their to pick them up. I called Tim, and said - I have car issues---- No worries, He or I was quick to say "can mail it for you"? I felt he went above & beyond his duties. Dundee Funeral Home & Crematory you have and caring an devoted employee {imo}. Thank You Timothy for your time and assistance. It was very much appreciated. TY Again... Willie S.

I can not recommend this funeral home enough. This is my second time using them. Both times they made a horrible situation a little easier. They were caring, compassionate, respectful and honored every single one of our wishes. The way they cared for my family members is something we are truly grateful for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

DFH, if I could rate higher I would. We are so grateful for all the care and help they showed my family. They were on top of everything and they made a terrible process go so smoothly. They helped with the transportation to Mexico and kept us updated every step of the way. Our family is so grateful for Tim and everyone there.
