Jay and Jill and their team made each part of this process much easier with their kindness and professionalism. At a time when a grieving family has a long To Do List, a lot of things can get mixed up along the way. Jay is the one who remembered for us, made changes on the fly, and was quick to suggest good ideas, all with an ease that we really appreciated. Everyone at Owens was absolutely organized, available, and lovely.

Jay Yost II and the staff at Owens Funeral Home unconditionally and with out hesitation took the most devastating and broken time in my life and our families lives and simply removed the substantial weight of having to lay a loved one to rest without any hesitation. They then lead us with compassion, gentleness, and pure goodness until the final end. They flawlessly & effortlessly arranged all the details, which helped me to remove the anxiety of having to lay my husband to rest out of my hands. Which in turn gave me and our families the opportunity to just be still. They graciously took the planning part of the countless and most precious and important details out of my hands and gently took them and placed them into their own.
