English was there every step of the way from the beginning. The patience given was heartfelt and genuine. Every detail was accepted and carried out without question. Our family is extremely thankful for the care and concern given to us through a difficult time.
Eric English and the staff at English Funeral Chapel Post Falls provided excellent care to my mother. Have known the English family for 50 years and they treat you like family during a difficult time. Sincerely, Lori and Jeff Barker
We choose English Funeral Chapel for my moms celebration of life because they did such a great job with my dads. Bruce English is top notch! And Eric (his son) is even better! He learned from the bestp. Eric was very gentle and compassionate when going over the deals of the process with us. Eric went above and beyond the day of and the days leading up to the memorial. The whole office staff was so kind and professional whenever I called with questions. The Englishs really know how to make you feel cared for and loved! Thank you Bruce, Eric and now Luke for taking such care of my mom and then us kids. I cant imagine getting better treatment anywhere else.
