I recently decided to purchase a prearranged memorial service for myself from Yates Funeral Home, due to them being highly recommended from friends and very credible sources within the community. Throughout the process I was greeted warmly and treated professionally and respectfully by each person I met. I worked with Craig, whom does the prearranged sales and he was very professional, respectful, patient, caring, kind, extremely knowledgeable, informative, competent, selfless, timely, responsive and very easy to talk to about this subject and the entire process. He is a man of impeccable character with a great amount of humility and I hold Yates and Craig in very high regard. They are professionals that definitely seem to truly care about people.
