I called another place first and the phone was answered by and automated system with several options to choose from. I hung up and when I called this place, a lovely woman answered, which I really appreciated. They also offered the option of texting with them, which was very convenient for quick communication. I highly recommend this funeral home as your best choice to help you with your arrangements for your loved one.
