The loss of our beloved mom was sudden and unexpected, but the compassionate staff at McKoon's turned a difficult time into ease by handling every detail with the utmost care and professionalism. Ryan's guidance was superb as he supported my sister and I through the arrangements, treating us with dignity and compassion. His support was truly uplifting. We chose a beautiful urn for our mom and upon returning a few weeks later, they graciously ensured everything was taken care of. We express our deepest gratitude to the entire staff for their kindness and dedication, making the process remarkably smoother.

I hope with all my heart that no one ever has to go through what we did but I am extremely grateful that places like Mckoons exist to make that process a little easier. The funeral home in general has policies that make it obvious that they care for the people they provide services too and not just for profit. Our director Kenny was so kind, understanding, and extremely helpful in planning the funeral. I couldnt be more thankful for McKoons in general but specifically for all the kindness Kenny showed our family in the hardest days of our lifes.

When I die I hope to be treated as well as McKoon treated my father upon his death. This is a compassionate firm I fully recommend.
