Mr Ruben was simply a delight to work with. The day our mom passed away my dad stated the funeral home he preferred us to use and so we called and made an appointment the very next day. Mr Ruben was professional yet very sympathetic to our situation. He walked us through every aspect and just followed our lead on what we wished for our mother.
