Neptune Society

I recently lost my mother. I had not a clue what to do. But she had the Neptune card in her pocketbook and I took it out and made a phone call. And from start to finish it was so comforting to have someone so attentive ,so supportive and so helpful throughout a difficult and confusing time.

We had a very nice informative meeting with Darlene. She explained things very well and felt no pressure to make our decision to go with Neptune. So glad we have the arrangements made and so pleased with the representative Darlene

I had a great experience with Neptune Society. I called them when my dad passed. They took care of everything. They called any checked on me weekly and kept me updated on death certificate and when my father would be ready for pick up. Janyia was so helpful through the whole process and helping me write obituary and posting it.
