During a very painful time for our family, this funeral home handled my fathers cremation and memorial service with professionalism, patience, and respect. Grief can bring complicated family dynamics, and I want to be clear that the staff remained neutral, respectful, and focused on doing their job the right way. They treated my father with dignity and did their best to ensure everything was handled properly and lawfully. Im thankful for the care they showed and for the support they provided during a difficult moment. I would recommend them to families looking for professionalism and compassion when it matters most.

From the moment I called, I felt cared for and valued. The kindness and genuine warmth from Johnny, Lee and his wife truly touched my heart. They pay attention to every detail, making sure youre comfortable and happy the entire time. Its rare to find people who care this much  they dont just treat you like a customer, they treat you like family. I always felt their love and compassion during this tough time of losing our loved one. They truly go above and beyond in every way. As we approach a year of our loss we truly appreciate New Beginnings for taking outstanding care of all of us. We will be forever grateful.
