Because it is a lucrative business I was fearful of the next steps. Indeed it is a painful process but Monicas genuine honest passion for her work made it all peaceful, compassionate, loving, and humane for Jackies cremation process. Let me just start off by saying that losing my baby girl Zephyr was one of the hardest things I have ever had to experience. Resting Rainbow made this delicate moment a little easier on us. We opted for the private cremation with a viewing. As soon as we arrived Monica was expecting us and greeted us with such kindness and compassion. She gave us as much time as we needed, was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Lit candles for our baby and let us use whatever they had available. When it came time to take my girl for the cremation, the gentleman that cremated her treated her with such respect and dignity. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else in charge of that task. They allowed us to wait in the viewing area so we can take our girl home the same day. You guys are really doing such an incredible service and for that we are very grateful.
