She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, from small details to big ones. They made a hard day beautiful for our family. The morning of the spreading of my Mother's ashes was a difficult one, but Captain Dawn and her amazing crew showed empathy, professionalism and helped me through the beautiful process. Captain Dawn helped me arrange her favorite things, buckets of flowers and we put her to rest at sea with dignity and beauty. The process to get to the burial day at sea was very organized, and Captain Dawn was quite impressive!
