From our first meeting, Chris was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. He guided us through the planning process with transparency and grace. One thing we truly appreciated was the lack of sales pressure; they never pushed unnecessary products or add-on services, which allowed us to focus on what mattered most. Their facility is lovely, expansive, and tasteful, providing a beautiful setting at a very reasonable cost compared to other options we researched. Liz was also outstandingbalancing high-level professionalism with a loving, supportive presence that made us feel cared for. Additionally, having access to bilingual staff and services was a significant benefit for our family and guests. Thank you to the entire staff for your excellence and compassion. Liz at Falowski, Kalis, McIntee is amazing! I needed to pre-plan the after-death arrangements for my 98 year old mother - she is in assisted living. I had met with another funeral home and walked out mid-meeting because of the hard sell and very high price quoted. I then called Liz and she patiently walked my husband and I through the process over the phone and then we met in person and she was even more impressive. Very kind manner, extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and most importantly, we feel 100% comfortable that when the time comes for my mom, Liz and her team will take excellent care of her. Thank you Liz. It was hard enough for me to make these arrangements, but you made it smooth, informative and completely comfortable. I emailed 3 places and Chris is the first person to respond. Being in medical sales The Early Bird Gets the Worm and I appreciate his speedy response. I call him the next day and Chris is great on the phone and I like him so I get more information. Mom dies 2 days later and I call Chris up. He is on the ball and even called Moms Social Security for me. When I meet Chris in person he is just like he is on the phone, very personable and friendly, calm. Considering my Mom was my most precious person to me and I took care of her for 3 years and this is one of the worst times in my life, Chris made this part all run so smoothly. Thanks for doing everything right and not making this any harder than it already is. Excellent service at such a difficult time. Thank you.
