My experience with John Hanks memorial services, but more specifically with April has been amazing! Always responsive and kind and caring! Losing my mother was extremely hard but having people on your side to help guide you is true blessing!

John helped us during the most difficult time in my family's life in my mom's passing. He helped us not only in preparing her but helping us grant her wish to be buried in her home country of Ecuador. He was very diligent with the paperwork needed and treated us like family. We are very grateful for that.

John Hanks is a wonderful individual and I cannot thank him enough for his help and services when my father passed away in 2018. It has taken me a while to write this review, but the memory of Johns professionalism, grace, compassion, and work ethic remains clear in my mind, even years later. My fathers wish was to be buried at sea in a casket, which is not an easy task to the untrained layperson. John made the process seamless and was extremely informative, upfront, compassionate and fair. He worked with myself, my mother and brother to make sure my fathers exact wishes were met. He organized everything and made sure that we were kept informed throughout the whole process. His his an honest and honorable man, and I cant recommend him enough.
