The folks at Kraeer are genuinely compassionate and made the whole process much easier than I ever expected. From start to finish, they were patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive, which meant more than I can say.

Dustin and his team assisted in turning an unexpected tragedy into a smooth transition. My grandmother passed unexpectedly and from the moment my family and I got in touch with Dustin and his team, we felt supported. In preparation for the funeral, Dustin made sure we were well informed and satisfied with final decision made for the funeral service. Dustin was compassionate, professional and super empathetic when handling arrangement specifications. Dustin even went as far as wearing socks and a tie similar in color to what my grandmother was wearing for her burial. Guests were provided a keepsake in honor of my grandmother. It was such a beautiful touch. Dustin has a gift for this! I hope everyone is treated with such care and empathy in their moments of grief the way Dustin treated our family. We had my beautiful mother's funeral at Kraeer and it was the most beautiful experience we had. My mom was our Queen and Christopher, Hanna,and Aaron made the service fit for a Queen.
