From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was handled with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care during one of the most difficult times for our family. Rob was truly exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating, guiding us through every step with warmth and reassurance. His calm presence and thoughtful attention to detail made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about honoring my aunt and supporting our family. The rest of the staff was equally impressivekind, respectful, and highly professional at all times. Every interaction reflected dignity and empathy, and nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Rob and his team at Faries. Rob and his team did an excellent job working with our family to plan my son's viewing, celebration of life and funeral. They made everything less painful by making everything easy to manage and not complicated. We had several special requests, and Rob's team took these right in stride, handling everything quickly and efficiently. i also must mention their beautifully decorated and convenient reception area and kitchen that was used for Roy's celebration of life. It was such a blessing to be able to simplify things by using this area; it was one less thing to think about. Thank you to Rob and his team for your patience, understanding and compassion.
