Can not thank Roger Hovatter Funeral Home enough. They weren't only a beautiful funeral home. They listened to what the family wanted and needed. Helped me even after care of her ashes. They are the greatest d and they care. They made her day beautiful.
It should not surprise you that it has taken so long for me to write this review given that it is for a funeral home. A funeral being the end of someones life; the home being the place that you entrust the care of your loved one to. What should impress you is that I have taken the time to leave this glowing review at all. Matt Hovatter and his associate John showed up in suits at 4:30 AM after being called in at 3:30 AM when my husband took his last breath. They were respectful of his body and how they handled him. We scheduled an appointment for 10 AM that day with Matt to discuss a service that we needed to have happen in three short days. Matt is not only knowledgeable of the history of the funeral home, he handles all the critical issues. He essentially gave us a list of things to put together and a timeline. He also provided us with critical things to tend to after the service. Things like call Social Security, go to the register of wills, etc.His wife Carrie takes care of more
