The Parsell Pet team provided outstanding services following the passing of our 43 year old parrot, Pete, only days after the loss of my husband. Their compassion, empathy, and support was crucial in helping our family to overcome an already challenging and difficult situation. Parsell Pet Crematorium was so kind, patient and professional. Our beloved Cooper passed away unexpectedly and suddenly on Saturday, January 31, 2026; he was only 5 years old. After trying to comprehend Coopers death, I later made the necessary arrangements with Parsells to come to our home and pick Cooper up. Nick, from Parsells, was so considerate of Cooper, Dalton (Coopers brother) and me. I truly appreciate the care that we received from Parsell Pet Crematorium.
