Richard and his services was something I needed to handle the process for the passing of my baby boy. His communication with my family and understanding of what was requested was exceptional. Thank you for being kind, empathic and mostly very professional throughout the entire process.

What I can say about Richie and Trinity Cremation services, they were very compassionate, helpful and understanding of what my sister was requesting for her only childs passing. His customer service was above and beyond, he communicated very well via text and called with updates which most places most likely wouldnt do, they would just resort to emails. He was like an angel being able to be there for us when we really needed a quick service. The only place who took our request on a Sunday morning when most places would send us to voicemail or emails. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs communication and someone who would place themselves as part of the family. Thank you for all that you have done O
