I cannot say enough good things about the team at Green Heart Pet Water Cremation. During one of the hardest moments Ive experienced, they were patient, kind, and genuinely compassionate in every interaction. I never once felt rushed or pressuredonly supported. I was previously unfamiliar with water cremation, and they took the time to clearly and gently explain the process and its benefits without adding to the emotional weight of the situation. Their approach was informative but never overwhelming, and I felt confident that I was making a thoughtful, meaningful choice for my pet. I dont have a car, and they went above and beyond to help coordinate transportation in a way that worked with my limitations. They were flexible, communicative, and proactive in finding solutions, including personally reaching out to arrange a return time that I could manage. I was devastated when I lost my little guy Bagheera. It was one of the hardest calls I ever had to make. But from the second I talk to Megan, she was beyond understanding and incredibly helpful. I knew right away I wanted to go with this place. When I met Matthew he was just as sincere and very punctual. I felt very at ease knowing I was leaving my furry baby in good hands. I recommend this place highly!!! I couldnt ask for a more better place to help me durning one of my biggest heart breaks of my life. Thank you so much Megan and Matthew!
