Cedric is a true professional and so kind and caring. I had spoken with multiple funeral homes before reaching Hope Funeral and each conversation felt transactional. Within minutes of being on the phone with Cedric, his kind and compassionate nature stood out and he quickly looked for a way to be of service. He learned we were having a hard time finding a church that was available and he offered to get in touch with his network on our behalf. Within minutes, he called back with an available church and he took over so much at that point. He was so prompt and clear with communication and didn't lose an ounce of empathy at any step. Some of the financials were misquoted and he took it upon himself to honor what he'd said. We felt cared for emotionally and with all of the logistics. During this difficult time period of losing our Father, Cedric was such a gift.

Cedric deserves an encore, he was an extraordinary great blessing to me and my family. He worked with my sister and I from over the phone all the way from Michigan to Denver he got the job done and didnt leave no crumbs he called to fill me in on everything made sure everything went according to the way we wanted it and gave reassurance when needed he was very sympathetic and kind I couldnt have asked for anyone better than him he went above and beyond to make sure my mom was put to rest just they way we wanted and would recommend him and his services to anyone that asks he was a charm
