Im from Texas, but we had my dads service in Colorado. After contacting a few businesses with no response, I contacted Sue at Normans Memorials in Brighton. She was amazing! She helped me with the process of ordering a headstone marker from the VA for my dad. Coming from a military family herself, she was well informed of the process and made it worry free. Her customer service is outstanding, so personable and genuinely friendly and kind. I immediately felt as if she was family, thats how wonderful she is.
