The folks at Passalacqua Funeral Chapel and Twin Chapels Mortuary were very professional. They were able to handle delicate family situations with a calmness and gravity befitting the occasion. The Passalacqua family operating in this location for 150 years is an incredible achievement and we were so thankful that we didnt face any large franchise disappointments.
The process of death is something you don't want to know how to do well. Fortunately, my family has not had to experience much death in the last 25 years and this was an area where we definitely needed help. Twin Chapels was exceptional! I am a very detailed individual and Dave was right there with me! Dave was the calm voice for my wife and I in our unfortunate tragedy. He answered every call (morning, day and night). Dave-thank you so much for all of your assistance and support. Jessica-thank you for your patience in setting the video and answering all of my questions. Twin Chapels-Thank you for taking good care of my family!
Had my mother taken care of here and they are all just the nicest people! Greg went above and beyond to help put me at ease through a difficult time. The entire staff always had time for my questions, always helpful and polite. Thank You.

Frequently Asked Questions About Twin Chapels Mortuary
How much does direct cremation cost at Twin Chapels Mortuary?

What cremation packages does Twin Chapels Mortuary list prices for?
Twin Chapels Mortuary publishes starting prices for direct cremation from $1,655, cremation with a memorial service from $6,260 and a full-service funeral with cremation from $8,780. What each package includes varies between providers, so ask for an itemized list of exactly what is and is not covered before comparing those figures with anyone else’s.
How is Twin Chapels Mortuary rated?
Twin Chapels Mortuary is rated 5.0 out of 5 from 9 reviews. That rating and review count come from the provider’s public Google listing, not from Local Cremation Guide. A rating says nothing about price, so compare quotes as well as reviews.
Where is Twin Chapels Mortuary located?
Twin Chapels Mortuary is at 1100 Tennessee St, Vallejo, CA 94590, and we list them under Vallejo, California. Cremation providers often collect from surrounding towns, hospitals and hospices as well, but coverage and any mileage charge vary — ask Twin Chapels Mortuary whether they serve your address and what transportation is included in the price.
How do I get an itemized quote from Twin Chapels Mortuary?
Call Twin Chapels Mortuary at +1 707-552-6696 and ask for their General Price List. Under the FTC Funeral Rule, any funeral provider must give you an itemized price list on request and must quote prices over the phone. Line the same items up across providers — the cremation fee, transportation, the basic container, filing the death certificate and certified copies — so you are comparing like with like.
