I was a little nervous about choosing this mortuary based off reviews. But Thompson Bay View Mortuary went beyond our expectations. We went from viewing one loved one to having my husband service in a matter of weeks. Mr.Thompson and Pastor Evens was extremely polite and professional at all times. Mr.Thompson sat with me while I came to set with the makeup artist. Never once rushed us. Every aspect from beginning to end was explained to us and all questions were answered in timely fashion. And I may add my husband looked amazing even before makeup was applied, they grooming was on point. Im extremely pleased with the serve and I would recommend them.

My experience with Thompson Funeral Home in Sept 1991was going above and beyond the call of duty 100% of excellent services from the first call to laying him to rest, was nothing short of perfection! My brother was tragically murdered! When Mr. Thompson completed his mutilated remains ( head/face) he looked like he was sleeping. He created a miracle on my brother.
