During one of the most difficult times in our lives, they made an overwhelming process feel as gentle and manageable as possible, allowing us the space to truly grieve. From the moment they picked up my mom from the hospital over 75 miles away we felt cared for. Ron, the driver, personally reached out to let us know that our mom had been picked up, was secured, and would be transported safely to the Buena Park location. That level of communication and compassion meant more to us than words can express. Throughout the entire process, their communication was clear, thoughtful, and consistent. They arranged a beautiful service for my mom in Garden Grove, helped us find a monk and temple to guide her aftercare, and stayed by our side every step of the way through the crematory process.
