I am so impressed with Opal cremation. I live out of state and so I was trying to arrange things from afar and felt so helpless and overwhelmed. Other businesses werent answering calls or emails, despite several attempts over a few days. The staff at Opal, such as Yasi and Heath, were so responsive and communicative every step of the way through handling my mothers cremation, death certificate, and even shipping the remains to me. They kept me updated at every point in the process. They even sent a card expressing their condolences for my loss. The price was very reasonable, all things considered. Im so glad I went through them. It really was such a relief.

Finding out my son had passed away so far from home was terrifying to me. I had no idea how I would be able to bring him home on my very limited income. The staff at Opal was incredibly helpful and kind. They handled everything with respect and compassion. I couldn't have asked for more.
