The Alpha Society

Alpha Society helped me during the most difficult time. I am very grateful to Wendy for making the process end smoothly. There were several challenges she helped me navigate, including delays in obtaining the required permits and delays in receiving the death certificates.

Recently our family has lost 2 beloved members. Because cremation was the choice for each, I recalled a service used by a friend 13 years previous, The Alpha Society. Our friend had a positive experience and now I am without a doubt able to recommend them also. This is exactly what we needed; Alpha is reliable, compassionate, and service oriented with their communication and follow through. The cost was very reasonable because they concentrate on one service only. No mortuary, funeral or memorial services. Precisely what we had needed. This is an example of their customer service. Following completion of cremation, I found myself needing changes in the original and additional death certificates. RubyRose remembered our family and was happy to do whatever was needed. Isn't that a comfort when one is lost in one's own grief? I hope that you will be comforted in your loss.
