I drove by Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel & Cremation Center on Wednesday, January 14th and decided to stop in to inquire about pre-planning. I spoke with Jackie Erickson, the office manager, who was very friendly, personable, and welcoming. After a brief wait of about five minutes while Renae Kramer was finishing with another client, I met with Renae. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. The interaction felt professional yet comfortable, and there was no pressurejust clear, helpful information. Overall, the staff made what can be a difficult topic feel calm, respectful, and approachable.
